Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a VPS is a difficult procedure. You either have to do the work yourself and devote a lot of your valuable time to monitoring your virtual server, or, alternatively, you have to set up a third–party solution whose sole mission will be to watch over your VPS. And this is precisely where our Managed Services deal will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be added to our own custom server managing system, which will monitor all the important services. And in the event of a service failure, our server administrators will be warned at once and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

In case you have a traffic–intensive site or a data–heavy web application, it is very important to maintain a full backup copy of everything. Unfortunately, configuring an auto backup solution can be tough. That is why our company offers you our Managed Services package – we pledge to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS server, not just of your websites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, saving all the configurations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which enables you to demand any of our qualified server admins to install any software app and to rectify any problem that you are having with the virtual server.

Our Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an add–on for the KVM VPS Plans.
